Why usage first
Touchdowns are noisy. Opportunity isn't.
A receiver's touchdowns swing wildly from season to season; his share of targets and air yards holds up far better. That is why the Usage Report ranks players by weighted opportunity and flags players who changed teams, whose role may not carry over. The same thinking runs through the Draft Kit and Start/Sit.
